These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the jlhp platform, including all games, account functions, promotions, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

All users must be at least 21 years old as mandated under Philippine law. jlhp enforces identity verification at registration and may re-verify at any time. Underage accounts are permanently closed and any funds are forfeited subject to PAGCOR regulations.
Each player may hold exactly one jlhp account registered in their verified legal name. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. jlhp reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold balances accumulated through prohibited multi-accounting activity.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated turnover condition is met. Abuse of promotional offers — including bonus hunting across accounts — results in forfeiture and possible suspension.
Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. jlhp reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
jlhp operates under PAGCOR licensing. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction. PAGCOR's regulatory directives take precedence over any conflicting provision in this Agreement.
jlhp provides deposit limits, session alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude agree not to circumvent the exclusion through alternative accounts. jlhp may impose mandatory responsible gaming measures at its discretion.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jlhp ("jlhp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at jlhp.one ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and use the jlhp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
Age Verification: jlhp uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify age and identity. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) before withdrawal privileges are activated. Providing false information during verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the jlhp Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are prohibited. jlhp employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jlhp is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your jlhp account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlhp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jlhp of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.
Your jlhp account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any account balance to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
All financial transactions on the jlhp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlhp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your jlhp wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page. jlhp does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring funds deposited are from a payment method held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, jlhp will require completion of identity verification (KYC) if not already completed. Verified withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform's cashier page. jlhp reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no gameplay, no deposit, and no withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be deemed dormant. jlhp will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. The application of dormancy fees is subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection regulations.
Third-Party Payments Prohibited: You must not deposit funds from a payment method belonging to a third party. Any funds received from third-party payment methods will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
jlhp offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are governed by both these general Terms and any specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail over these general Terms for the purposes of that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount), before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds that exceed the stated time limit will expire and be removed from your account.
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. The percentage contribution of each game category is published in the specific promotion's terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements. Live casino and certain progressive jackpot games may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
jlhp reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any associated winnings, and close an account if it determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that a player is abusing promotional offers. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; systematically placing low-risk wagers designed primarily to meet wagering requirements rather than for genuine gambling entertainment; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated purpose of the promotion.
All games on the jlhp Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes conducted in licensed studios. jlhp does not alter, modify, or influence the outcome of any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate to the specifications provided by the relevant game provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, software bug, or communication failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, jlhp reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to player accounts. The decision to void game results due to malfunction rests solely with jlhp and, where applicable, the game provider. Winnings derived from a demonstrable malfunction are not payable.
If your connection is interrupted during an active game round, the round will be completed on the server and the result will be recorded in your account history. Upon reconnecting, the outcome of the completed round will be displayed. jlhp is not responsible for losses or missed winnings resulting from a disconnection caused by your device, internet service provider, or local network conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlhp Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, without limitation, identity verification data, financial transaction records, gameplay history, and communication logs.
jlhp will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law, including PAGCOR's reporting requirements.
All content on the jlhp Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of jlhp or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal gambling entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of jlhp. Unauthorized commercial use of jlhp's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlhp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlhp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment arising from: (a) interruptions to Platform availability; (b) technical malfunctions; (c) actions of third-party game providers; (d) your failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) events beyond jlhp's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the jlhp Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. jlhp provides games of chance and skill for entertainment purposes only. There is no guarantee of profit, and past results do not predict future outcomes. You participate at your own risk.
jlhp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jlhp may retain any bonus funds and associated winnings. Verified account balances representing real-money deposits (net of any applicable charges permitted under these Terms) will be returned to the registered payment method subject to satisfactory completion of any pending investigation.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jlhp support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations accrued prior to closure.
jlhp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with applicable law or a PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at jlhp.one/terms-conditions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlhp Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first notify jlhp of the dispute in writing to [email protected] and allow jlhp thirty (30) days to respond and attempt to resolve the matter informally. This informal dispute resolution requirement does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Players who believe jlhp has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licensing obligations may additionally file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official regulatory complaint channels.
